An industrial city with plenty of pollution for everyone. I must say though.. the restaurants on 399th ave are great. Once you're done eating, you can hop on a pod bus and fly to the nightclub district near the space needle.
There's a familiar element in the background from another epic event in my portfolio. My first matte painting with Photoshop CS3, love it.
