MAC.. or stick with PC?

Journal Entry: Wed Jul 9, 2008, 11:36 AM

Hey guys, I need your opinion. In particular, those of you who paint huge 300dpi files in Photoshop.

My PC is causing me nothing but problems. Last night was a deadline for a major contract I'm working on for some PS3 game concept art. I got the blue-screen-of-death rampage and I had to resort to my backup laptop to finish it, barely.. considering it was a 25x17inch 300dpi file with 200+ layers.

WORSE possible timing EVER for a crash. However I still barely made the deadline. I don't think I was ever so pissed off in my life and I honestly don't have time to tinker around to get this computer to work right.

So for those who have MAC and PC.. what do you recommend?? If you also have a Cintiq hooked up to a mac I would especially love to hear..

Hey there. Would you mind if I made a 3D model and did some renderings of this: [link]

I'd, of course, give you whatever credit you desired and have links to your images.

I know this will seem like a drop in the ocean, but you have amazing talent. I know I've probably gone a tad overboard with faving, but to be honest, each picture was nothing short of excellent. It was quite an honour to view your gallery and I would like to thank you for sharing your creations.
